What they need
Key responsibilities
- Handle billing and collection from vendors
- Record and monitor all accounts receivable transactions
- Issue invoices and perform payment reconciliation
- Follow up on overdue receivables and prepare AR aging reports
- Ensure compliance with financial procedures
About you
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Financial Management, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Finance, or Purchasing
- Proficient in Excel and Word; knowledge of Accurate accounting software is a plus
- Good communication and negotiation skills, detail-oriented, disciplined, and target-driven
