Location: Hyderabad and Bangalore

Working Days: Monday to Saturday Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

CTC: 4 – 4.5 LPA. Maximum Monthly Net Take – 25,000 to 30,000

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Executive – Accounts Receivables to join our Finance team. This role is crucial in managing customer payments, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely collections, key to maintaining a healthy cash flow in our fast-paced food business.

Key Responsibilities

• Invoice Management: Generate and issue customer invoices based on dispatch and delivery records. Ensure GST and statutory tax compliance.
• Collections & Follow-Up: Monitor accounts receivable aging reports. Follow up with customers for timely payment via calls, emails, or visits.
• Accounts Reconciliation: Reconcile customer accounts regularly. Process credit/debit notes and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Reporting & Analysis: Maintain AR ledgers and prepare weekly/monthly aging reports. Contribute to cash flow forecasts and monthly closing.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Sales and Logistics teams on billing/delivery issues. Assist external auditors with required documentation during audits.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to internal financial controls.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com with minimum 4 – 6 years of AR experience, preferably in the food or FMCG industry.
• Proficiency in Tally, SAP, Oracle, or other accounting software.
• Excellent Excel skills and knowledge of GST, TDS.
• Strong communication, analytical, and follow-up skills.
• High attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems.
• Understanding of export billing (if applicable).
• Familiarity with food industry supply chain processes.
