Account Receivable Internship

About the role

Assist in monitoring and recording customer invoices and payments. Support the preparation and issuance of invoices, billing documents, and statements. Assist in tracking outstanding receivables and following up on overdue payments. Reconcile customer accounts and payment records with internal databases. Support the AR team in preparing financial reports and aging schedules. Assist in handling customer inquiries related to invoices and payments. Maintain accurate and organized accounts receivable documentation. Perform data entry and administrative tasks related to accounts receivable. Support other finance and accounting activities as assigned.

Key responsibilities

About you

• Final-year student or fresh graduate, preferably majoring in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related fields
• Basic understanding of accounting and accounts receivable processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, especially Excel
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn
• Able to work Monday–Friday, 09.00–18.00 WIB and commit to the internship period
• Previous internship or organizational experience in finance or accounting is a plus
