Account Receivable Manager (International)

Key Responsibilities

International Account Receivable Management

• Oversee end-to-end Account Receivable operations for international shopping mall projects.
• Manage tenant billing related to lease agreements, service charges, Common Area Maintenance fees, and other revenue streams.
• Develops and implements standardized AR processes across international locations to ensure consistency and efficiency in financial operations.
• Coordinate with international property management and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely recording of revenue and receivables.
• Monitor AR aging reports and develop effective collection strategies to minimize overdue balances.

Financial Reporting and Compliance

• Prepare and review monthly AR reconciliations for international projects.
• Ensure compliance with international accounting standards (IFRS) and applicable local accounting and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinates with external auditors for both international and domestic AR operations, providing necessary documentation and required for audit activities.
• Implements and maintains effective internal controls over the AR function, identifying and mitigating financial risks.
• Provides accurate financial data to support management decision-making and strategic planning for international expansion.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or higher in Finance or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ work experience in account receivable, consolidation accounting, managerial   accounting or related field
• Experience in external audit firm is highly required
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting standards
• Strong analytical, leadership and team-working skills is highly required
• Good command of English both spoken and written
