Account Receivable Manager Jakarta

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end Accounts Receivable process, including billing, collection, reconciliation, aging monitoring, and settlement.
• Lead, coach, and develop AR team to achieve collection and operational targets.
• Monitor AR Aging and DSO, identify collection risks, and drive action plans to improve collection performance.
• Analyze AR performance and processes to identify bottlenecks, recurring issues, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
• Drive process improvement and workflow optimization to improve AR efficiency and collection effectiveness.
• Manage overdue receivables and customer disputes in collaboration with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and customers.
• Prepare and present AR reports and analysis, including aging, DSO, collection performance, and overdue accounts.
• Ensure accurate and timely AR administration, including billing documents, bank receipts, and withholding tax certificates.
• Provide recommendations to management regarding collection risks, process improvements, and AR performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in AR, Credit & Collection, or Finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of AR management, collection, aging analysis, and DSO.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in process improvement.
• Good communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP/accounting systems.
