ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for an Accounts Representative to join our team and support our day-to-day accounting operations. If you have 1–2 years of accounting experience and are looking to grow your skills in full-set accounting, monthly closing, payments, audit, and e-Invoice, we'd love to hear from you!

KEY RESPONSIBLES

・Handle full-set accounting for the Malaysia office.
・Review and process staff claims, supplier invoices, vouchers, and payments.
・Assist with monthly closing, P&L reports, and account reconciliation.
・Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) and sales tracking.
・Support audit preparation and coordination with auditors.
・Assist with e-Invoice checking and issuance.
・Maintain accurate accounting records and handle other ad hoc accounting duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS

・1–2 years of relevant accounting experience.
・Basic knowledge of full-set accounting is preferred.
・Familiarity with SQL Accounting System will be an advantage.
・Good understanding of accounting principles and basic financial reporting.
・Good attention to detail, accuracy, and numerical skills.
・Able to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with team members.
・Good communication skills in English.
・Japanese language ability is an advantage.
・Fresh graduates with relevant accounting qualifications may also be considered.
