Account Representative

We are a collaborative sales and business development team focused on helping customers find solutions that fit their needs. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated Account Representative to join our team and play an important role in guiding customers through the enrollment process.

As an Account Representative, you will focus on connecting with customers, presenting available service options, addressing questions and objections, and ensuring each enrollment is completed accurately and efficiently. The Account Representative role is ideal for someone who is confident in communicating with customers, enjoys working toward sales goals, and is motivated by a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What Will I Be Doing as an Account Representative?

• Present personalized sales solutions while clearly explaining available plans, features, pricing, and service benefits.
• Guide customers through the enrollment process, ensuring all applications, contracts, and documentation are completed accurately.
• Answer customer questions regarding plans, pricing, service options, bundling, and installation procedures.
• Handle customer objections professionally and confidently while identifying opportunities to complete the enrollment.
• Work toward individual and team enrollment goals by maintaining a consistent follow-up process and organized sales pipeline.
• Maintain accurate customer and enrollment information within CRM systems and track activity and performance metrics.
• Participate in ongoing Account Representative training and team development sessions to strengthen communication, sales, and customer engagement skills.

What Do I Need to Bring to the Table as an Account Representative?

• Up to 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, enrollment, retail, or another customer-facing environment preferred.
• Previous experience in an Account Representative, Sales Representative, Customer Service Representative, or similar role is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with customers.
• Comfortable explaining products and services and tailoring recommendations based on customer needs.
• Ability to confidently handle questions, objections, and customer concerns throughout the enrollment process.
• Strong attention to detail when completing applications, customer information, and enrollment documentation.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
• Ability to learn new products, services, and sales processes quickly while maintaining a professional customer experience.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $60,794.40 per year
