Account Representative

Your Daily Responsibilities as an Account Representative

• Connect with prospective customers through residential outreach in assigned neighborhoods.
• Present AT&T products, services, and current promotions in a clear, engaging, and professional manner.
• Build rapport with customers, answer questions confidently, and provide knowledgeable support.
• Evaluate customer needs and recommend the most suitable internet, wireless, and connectivity solutions.
• Guide customers through the enrollment process, ensuring all required information and documentation are completed accurately.
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions while following campaign and compliance standards.
• Work collaboratively with your team to achieve daily and weekly performance goals while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

What We're Looking For in an Account Representative

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Comfortable speaking with customers in person.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
