Account Representative

We're hiring an Account Representative for Drew Carter State Farm in Vestavia, AL! Are you driven, competitive, and ready to build something real? Your effort sets your paycheck: $34,000 base salary plus uncapped commission and bonuses, with realistic first-year earnings of $60,000–$95,000. Our top sales rep earned $100,000. What You'll Do • Prospect and generate new business through outbound calls, networking, referrals, and community involvement • Meet with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right insurance products • Build lasting relationships as a trusted advisor to policyholders • Cross-sell and upsell additional products to existing clients • Follow up on leads and close sales with confidence • Track your goals and performance — this is a results-driven role Who We're Looking For • Competitive and self-motivated — you don't wait to be told what to do • Coachable and eager to learn • Outgoing, personable, and resilient — you handle rejection and keep pushing • Prior phone sales, outside sales, or insurance experience strongly preferred • Alabama Property & Casualty AND Life & Health licenses required.
