As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated and professional Account Representative / Manager to join our team.

Position Overview
The Account Representative / Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their landscaping needs are met with exceptional service and attention to detail. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple client accounts and oversee service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

· Serve as the main liaison between clients and our operations team

· Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and site visits

· Manage and oversee a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring quality standards and contract compliance

· Identify client needs and propose additional services when appropriate

· Collaborate with crews and supervisors to ensure projects and maintenance schedules are executed on time and to standard

· Assist in preparing proposals, estimates, and reports for clients

· Handle client concerns or issues promptly and professionally

· Monitor job sites to ensure quality control and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

· Previous experience in account management, sales, or customer relations (landscape industry preferred but not required)

· Knowledge of landscaping, horticulture, or property maintenance a plus

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Highly organized with excellent time management abilities

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

· Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team

· Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Pay: $75,000.00 - $99,000.00 per year
