Account Representative

Account Representative Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate payments using strong customer service skills to effectively resolve past due accounts
• Monitor and maintain account information to ensure high levels of service and recovery
• Take appropriate actions to ensure promised payments are received timely
• Utilize different techniques and resources to locate and contact consumers
• Coaching, team meetings and 1:1 development to grow and develop your career at CB1 Inc.

Account Representative Compensation

• $34,000.00 in hourly earnings PLUS generous commissions based on performance.
• Excellent commission program
• Base Salary: $17.00 per hour
• Average salary with commission: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
