Account Representative I

This position will be responsible for processing collateral and preparing daily funding requests for factoring clients.

Job Functions

• Act as primary point of contact for the client and assess the client’s needs.
• Provide consistent, personalized service and proactive communication to enhance client retention and loyalty.
• Review invoice schedules for accuracy and completeness.
• Make outbound calls to clients as needed.
• Answer or route inbound calls to appropriate department or person.
• Purchase invoice schedules.
• Monitor invoice quality.
• Collaborate with inter-department on issues that arise with your book of clients.
• Other duties as assigned.

Experience And Qualifications

• Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Experience:

• 0-1 years of experience working in a factoring, commercial finance, collateral analysis, or banking environment is preferred.

• Skills:

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to manage changing deadlines and priorities.

• Ability to manage competing demands without sacrificing accuracy or customer service standards.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Detail oriented.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

• Bilingual in Spanish and English is beneficial.
