Account Resolution Assistant Manager (Collection)

Job Descriptions:

• Engage professionally with debtors to facilitate effective communication and resolution
• Issue collection letters in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards
• Deliver timely loan repayment reminders through appropriate communication channels
• Monitor payment schedules and ensure accurate tracking of receivables
• Negotiate feasible payment arrangements with debtors while aligning with organizational guidelines
• Collaborate with internal departments, including legal and risk, to support recovery efforts
• Prepare and submit comprehensive task and progress reports for management review

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• 4 – 6 years of experience in field collections, with at least 3-4 years in a supervisory or senior role
• Proven track record of achieving recovery targets in high-risk or unsecured portfolios
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and conflict resolution skills
• Demonstrates diligence and persistence in accurately locating debtors and assessing their current financial status and circumstances
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a dynamic field environment
• Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding collection targets
