Account Resolution Specialist

Keystone Recovery Group is seeking motivated and professional Account Resolution Specialists to join our in-office team.

This is a third-party collections position focused on communicating with consumers regarding outstanding accounts. Account Resolution Specialists work with a variety of consumer accounts at different stages of delinquency to discuss account balances, negotiate resolutions, establish payment arrangements, and secure payments.

This is a phone-based, performance-driven position. The ideal candidate is confident communicating with consumers, comfortable negotiating payment solutions, motivated by goals and incentives, and able to remain professional during challenging conversations.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding outstanding consumer accounts
• Communicate account information clearly and professionally
• Negotiate settlements and payment arrangements within company guidelines
• Secure payments and accurately document account activity
• Follow up with consumers regarding payment arrangements and account resolutions
• Maintain detailed and accurate notes on consumer accounts
• Handle sensitive or difficult conversations professionally
• Follow company procedures and applicable collection laws and regulations, including the FDCPA
• Maintain confidentiality when handling consumer and account information
• Work toward individual and team performance goals

Schedule

Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PMFriday: 9:00 AM–3:00 PM

This is a full-time, in-person position in Stone Mountain, GA.

Compensation & Performance Incentives

In addition to regular compensation, Account Resolution Specialists have the opportunity to earn weekly performance-based cash incentives (“Green Money”) based on qualifying payments secured.

Current Green Money incentive levels include:

• $750–$1,250 in qualifying payments → $25 incentive
• $1,251–$1,750 → $75 incentive
• $1,751–$2,501 → $100 incentive
• $2,502–$3,499 → $150 incentive
• $3,500–$3,751 → $200 incentive
• $3,752–$4,999 → $300 incentive
• $5,000–$6,501 → $400 incentive

Daily qualifying payments may be combined to reach the next incentive level.

Performance incentives are subject to company eligibility requirements and program guidelines.

Work Environment

This position is best suited for someone who is self-motivated, competitive, professional, and comfortable working toward measurable goals. Successful Account Resolution Specialists are able to communicate confidently, negotiate effectively, and maintain professionalism while helping consumers resolve outstanding accounts.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 36.0 per week
