Account Services Executive - Testing lab / Global client exposure

Our client:

A well-established global quality assurance services provider with strong testing and inspection capabilities across different product categories. They are looking for a Program Specialist to manage key client programs, coordinate with overseas laboratories and support product testing operations.

Your role:

• Serve as the key contact point for assigned client programs, including client meetings, reporting and day-to-day communication
• Coordinate with internal testing laboratories across different countries to follow up testing progress, results and escalations
• Liaise with client suppliers on sample collection, submission details and related testing coordination
• Support hardgoods and softlines product testing programs, including test plan arrangement, protocol follow-up and documentation
• Review testing progress, failed results and quality issues, and communicate findings to clients, vendors and internal teams
• Work with technical teams and global specialists to support program consistency, protocol updates and continuous improvement
• Prepare program updates, testing reports, meeting materials and related client documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Material Science, Engineering, Quality Management, Chemistry or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in product testing, quality assurance, program coordination or client servicing
• Experience in consumer product testing, hardgoods, softlines, retail or brand-related programs is preferred
• Good customer service mindset with strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Average technical understanding of testing processes, with the ability to follow up issues with laboratories and vendors
• Good command of spoken and written English; able to attend client meetings and prepare reports independently
• Detail-minded, organized and able to manage multiple testing cases and deadlines
• Proactive team player with good problem-solving skills and confidence in handling important client accounts
