Account Services (Onboarding)

About the Role

We are looking for an Account Services (Onboarding) professional to join our Institutional Business team. You will play a key role in managing the onboarding journey for institutional and VIP clients, working closely with both clients and internal teams to ensure a smooth, efficient, and professional experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in banking, financial services, fintech, client servicing, or account management who is interested in growing their career within the digital financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for institutional and VIP clients throughout the onboarding process.
• Handle client enquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are fulfilled and onboarding is completed smoothly.
• Manage and monitor internal onboarding systems from pre-onboarding through to account activation.
• Conduct client profiling and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to support daily operations and improve onboarding efficiency.
• Identify potential issues during the onboarding process and work proactively with relevant teams to resolve them.
• Support the team in executing business strategies and maintaining a high standard of client service.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
• Experience in client servicing, account management, onboarding, banking, financial services, fintech, or a related industry is preferred.
• Basic understanding of financial services, banking, or fintech concepts.
• Strong client management and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain information clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Proficient in both English and Mandarin, written and verbal.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Genuine interest in the financial technology and digital financial services industry, with an awareness of industry trends and developments.
