Account Services Representative

About Us

CRS Building Automation Systems provides building automation, monitoring, and technical service to commercial properties in the Charlotte, NC area. We're growing our office team and looking for an organized, customer-focused Account Services Representative to help manage billing, scheduling, and customer relationships.

What You'll Do

• Manage full billing operations for assigned accounts, including generating invoices and resolving billing discrepancies
• Support CEO and Director of Field Operations
• Follow up on overdue invoices and maintain consistent communication with customers on outstanding balances
• Review customer accounts for billing errors or past-due status before scheduling service work
• Schedule technicians for service calls, test & inspections (T&Is), and site walks
• Track technician locations and job status to keep customers and internal teams informed
• Reach out to customers after completed service calls to gather feedback and confirm or update contact and payment information
• Field incoming customer calls for service and quote requests as needed
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems (Salesforce and related tools)
• Process purchase orders for work orders and jobs

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and customer service skills, including comfortable phone conversations with customers about billing and overdue accounts
• Experience with billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable/collections
• Comfortable managing multiple accounts and priorities at once
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Experience with CRM or scheduling software (Salesforce experience a plus)
• Prior experience in a service-based industry (building automation, HVAC, field service, etc.) a plus but not required

Job Type: Full-time, on-site

Location: Charlotte, NC area

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
