🔧 Job Scope

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers
• Handle customer enquiries, orders, requests, and feedback
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure orders and deliveries are fulfilled on time
• Follow up and resolve customer complaints, service issues, and product concerns
• Understand customer needs and purchasing trends to identify business opportunities
• Follow up with customers when there is a drop in business and recommend suitable solutions
• Maintain accurate customer and account records in the system
• Support other customer-service and account-related duties when needed

✅ Requirements

• Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent, preferably in Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant customer service / account servicing experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to communicate in Mandarin
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Customer-focused, organised and good at follow-up
• Experience in food supplies, F&B or food-related industries is an advantage
• Able to work well with internal departments and customers
• Responsible, proactive and a good team player
