Account Servicing Executive (Event Marketing)

This is a key project host who aims to drive marketing campaigns and event marketing projects for the team. He/She will help to drive the projects preparations, including proposal development, co-working, and pushing the progress with internal and external parties. This role requires a high standard of work quality.

Job Tasks

• Being a great listener, leader, and follower who can drive the team with passion and vision.
• Act as a professional and reliable contact person, responsible for handling client inquiries, ensuring services quality and smooth communications.
• Support in drafting client quotation, cost sheets, layout plan and operational schedule.
• Serve as the key liaison between clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders, coordinating project schedules, sourcing requirements, production follow-up, and delivery arrangements to ensure seamless project execution.
• Problem-solving with a solutions-driven approach, and always making things happen
• Support the Business Director with assigned tasks and ad-hoc duties, contributing to overall team efficiency
• Supporting Luna’s growth and development through applicable marketing strategies or tools for Luna, project creations and new business collaboration ideas
• Flexibility for irregular working hours may be required based on project needs

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in project management in the event marketing or advertising industry
• Experience working with multi-national brands is a plus!
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing or related discipline
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Proficient in written & spoken English & Chinese
• Excellent communication and office skills
• Detail-minded, able to work independently while proactively supporting the team
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Able to manage multiple projects and workflow under tight schedules
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a professional business manner
• On-trend, with a passion for understanding young markets and high-value brands
• Knowledge of PR, influencer marketing, and design software is a plus!
