Account Servicing Manager (Bancassurance)

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of general insurance accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and the achievement of business targets;
• Liaise with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions;
• Collaborate with the underwriting and claims teams to process policy renewals, endorsements and claims;
• Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to expand the company's product offerings;
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and policy details;
• Prepare regular reports on account performance and provide recommendations for improvement;
• Contribute to the development of the company's general insurance business strategy.

Requirements:

• Degree or above with minimum 1-3 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in bancassurance or account management role;
• Strong understanding of general insurance products and the ability to explain complex terms to clients;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders;
• Proficient in data analysis and report writing;
• A team player with a proactive and customer-oriented approach;
• Fluency in English and Cantonese, with Mandarin proficiency an advantage.

Candidates with less experience will be consider as Insurance Specialist.
