What they need
About us
We are a specialized social media marketing agency dedicated to bridging the gap between artistic heritage, cultural storytelling, and contemporary audiences. We work closely with museums, art galleries, cultural institutions, performing arts companies, and creative brands to build compelling digital narratives, engage diverse communities, and elevate cultural brands online.
About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented, passion-driven, and highly organized Account Servicing Officer to join our team. In this key liaison role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our art and cultural clients while driving the end-to-end social media production workflow. You will manage project timelines, coordinate across creative and production teams, and oversee quality control to ensure that all social media posts, graphics, and video content are delivered on time, within brand guidelines, and to the highest standards of cultural and creative excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the main day-to-day point of contact for assigned art and cultural clients, managing communication, feedback, and expectations
- Gather and interpret client requirements, briefs, and event schedules, translating them into clear actionable briefs for internal creative and content creation teams
- Maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their artistic vision, target audience, and brand voice
- Build, monitor, and update production schedules and content calendars for multi-channel social media campaigns (including static posts, carousels, short-form/long-form videos, and stories)
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, graphic designers, video editors, and content creators to keep deliverables on schedule and resolve workflow bottlenecks promptly
- Coordinate shooting schedules, venue access, artwork image rights/credits, and client approvals to ensure seamless execution
- Rigorously check all deliverables (copy, visual design, video edits, tags, links) for accuracy, brand alignment, tone of voice, and proper cultural/artistic context before client submission
- Ensure final content is approved and published or delivered strictly according to agreed deadlines
- Support the team in gathering performance metrics, client reports, and insights to continually refine future content production strategies
About you
- 1–3 years of experience in account management, project management, or client servicing within a digital/social media agency
- A keen interest in and knowledge of visual arts, performing arts, cultural exhibitions, design, or museum programming
- Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills with a proven track record of managing content calendars and production timelines under tight deadlines
- Excellent proofreading and visual QA abilities; meticulous about factual accuracy, cultural sensitivity, and brand aesthetics
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for clear client interaction and creative team collaboration
- Proficiency in social media management platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite)
