Account Specialist / Customer Service Representative

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Proactively develop new business opportunities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to provide information, resolve concerns, and support account management activities
• Accurately process customer orders
• Manage billing activities and record credit and debit transactions
• Maintain up-to-date and organized account records
• Generate leads and prepare pricing quotations
• Contribute to the achievement of sales targets
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns related to billing, products, or services
• Ensure excellent customer service

Qualifications & Experience

• At least 2 years of work experience as a Customer Service Representative in a BPO setting
• Previous experience in sales support, order entry, account management, or customer service is an advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients
• Proficiency in SAP is preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Willing to work onsite in a fast-paced BPO environment on a graveyard shift schedule, Monday through Friday from 8:30 PM to 5:00 AM
