What they need
Key Duties
- Supervise daily operations of Costing, Accounting, and Cashiering teams.
- Review journal entries, payments, bank reconciliations, and monthly closing.
- Monitor production costs, inventory valuation, and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Guide and coach team members; conduct performance reviews.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and banks.
- Carry out other tasks assigned by the Finance Manager.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting/Finance; professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA) preferred.
- 5+ years experience, including 2+ years in supervisory role.
- Hands‑on experience in costing, accounting, and cashiering – essential.
- Proficient in accounting software and Excel; strong leadership skills.
- Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
