Account Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Review and analyse monthly and yearly financial reports.
2. Prepare monthly invoicing and follow up collections.
3. Monitor cashflow movement and payment allocation.
4. Perform monthly reconciliation of bank/receivables/payables accounts.
5. Perform regular internal audit and compute yearly taxation expenses.
6. Conduct exceptional check and due-diligence check on all transactions.
7. Liaise with business partner eg.banker, auditor, shareholders, etc for any financial matters.
8. Assist manager in general financial management and budget planning.

Qualifications & Skills

1. Bachelor Degree in Accountings. 
2. Minimum 4 years experience in account supervisor role or above. 
3. Proficiency in reporting system or data entry software and tools. 
4. Poses sufficient analytical, negotiation and communication skills. 
5. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
6. Fluent in English and Mandarin; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
