What You'll Do

• Assist prospective and existing clients with account-related questions.
• Provide general information regarding available health coverage services.
• Support account coordination and customer enrollment activities.
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members.
• Help identify customer needs and coordinate appropriate next steps.
• Work alongside account managers to support client satisfaction and sales objectives.
• Participate in regular training and professional development sessions.
