About The Position Start Club Corp is hiring a Account Support Specialist to support brand and marketing strategy, market research, promotional campaigns, events, customer engagement, and communications. This role is centered on work where you will coordinate client or account support, follow-up, and service delivery. It is a full-time, 100% remote position open to candidates throughout the United States.

What You'll Contribute

• Serve as a consistent point of contact for assigned customers or internal account teams in the Account Support Specialist role at Start Club Corp.
• Maintain accurate account notes, contact information, service history, tasks, and next steps in the CRM as part of the Account Support Specialist role at Start Club Corp.
• Coordinate routine requests, status updates, deliverables, and follow-up across internal teams across marketing, research, and events in this Account Support Specialist position.
• Monitor open items and service commitments and escalate delays, risks, or unresolved customer issues for the Start Club Corp team as part of Account Support Specialist work.
• Prepare account summaries, meeting notes, usage or service updates, and other customer-facing information while supporting marketing, research, and events in the Account Support Specialist role at Start Club Corp.
• Identify recurring questions or service gaps and share them with the appropriate team for improvement as part of day-to-day Account Support Specialist responsibilities at Start Club Corp.

What We're Looking For

• Strong customer communication, organization, documentation, and follow-up skills for the Account Support Specialist opening at Start Club Corp.
• Comfort using CRM systems, spreadsheets, email, video meetings, and shared task tools.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts or requests without losing deadlines or documentation.
