What they need
- Process and verify vendor invoices accurately and on time.
- Match invoices with purchase orders and delivery notes.
Prepare and process payments (bank transfers, cheques, etc.). - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accounts payable ledger and ensure proper documentation.
- Monitor due dates to ensure timely payments and avoid penalties.
- Handle vendor inquiries and maintain good supplier relationships.
- Assist in month-end closing and accruals related to AP.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Support audits by providing required AP documentation
