Accountant / Accounting Assistant

Responsibilities

• Handle full set bookkeeping via excel accounting software (e.g. MYOB / Xero) for various clients independently.
• Provide professional accounting and bookkeeping services to clients.
• Prepare management accounts, bank reconciliations, breakdowns, and specialized reports
• Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned

Requirements:

• DSE / Diploma or higher
• 5-8 year of accounting experience, preferably in CPA firm, audit experience is preferable.
• Willing to learn accounting software i.e. MYOB / Xero.
• Having LCCI & AAT qualifications is preferable.
• Able to handle full set bookkeeping, including G/L, A/R, A/P (preferable but not mandatory);
• Good command of written and spoken English required and preferably Putonghua;
• Less experience will be considered as account clerk
• Immediate available is an advantage.
