ACCOUNTANT / ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

SpringHill Clinic & SpringHill Resort

We are looking for a reliable and organised Accountant / Accounts Executive to manage the day-to-day accounting matters for two companies.

Location: TTDI, Kuala Lumpur

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Salary: RM3,000 – RM4,500/month, based on experience

Employment: Full-Time

Responsibilities

* Handle full set of accounts for both companies

* Manage AP, AR, invoicing, payments and bank reconciliation

* Maintain accurate bookkeeping and financial records

* Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports

* Monitor expenses, cash flow and outstanding payments

* Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretary and banks

* Assist with payroll, tax and statutory accounting matters

* Ensure accounts for both companies are maintained separately and accurately

Requirements

* Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

* Minimum 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience

* Experience handling full set of accounts preferred

* Experience or good working knowledge of ABSS Accounting System

* Proficient in Microsoft Excel

* Able to work independently with good attention to detail

* Responsible, systematic and trustworthy
