HIRING | Accounts Payable Executive

Location: Gurugram – Head Office
Experience: 1–3 Years
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
Salary: ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

· Process vendor invoices and verify supporting documents.

· Manage vendor payments and payment schedules.

· Reconcile vendor ledgers and resolve discrepancies.

· Handle GST, TDS, and related statutory compliance.

· Maintain invoice, payment, and outstanding records.

· Coordinate with vendors and internal teams.

· Support month-end closing and AP reporting.

Required Skills:

· Strong knowledge of accounting, GST, and TDS.

· Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP.

· Good analytical, reconciliation, and communication skills.
