*Job Summary:*

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with 2-4 years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting, GST, TDS, and financial reporting for our firm.

*Key Responsibilities:*

• Manage day-to-day accounting entries in Tally / Zoho Books / Busy

• Handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Bank Reconciliation

• Prepare GST filing - GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, e-Invoicing, e-Way Bill

• Handle TDS calculation, payment and quarterly returns

• Prepare Monthly P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements

• Manage invoicing, purchase bills, and expense verification

• Coordinate with CA for finalization of accounts and audits

• Maintain proper documentation and filing of all financial records

• Assist in payroll processing and statutory compliance (PF, ESI)

*Required Qualifications & Skills:*

• 2-4 years of proven experience in accounting

• Mandatory: Strong knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot), GST & TDS

• Good knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliances

• Accurate, organized, and able to meet deadlines

*Preferred:*

• Experience with Zoho Books / QuickBooks is an added advantage

• Immediate joiner preferred
