Accountant & Administration Officer

Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) transactions
• Monitor customer and actively follow up on outstanding and overdue payments.
• Coordinate with customers and OP teams about invoices, payment and billing issues.
• Verify supplier invoices, supporting documents, and payment requests before processing.
• Assist with tax-related matters, including VAT, Withholding Tax and PND filings
• Assist with bank reconciliation and follow up on accounting discrepancies.
• Assist the Manager with AR/AP monitoring and monthly closing.
• Prepare and maintain supporting documents for accounting, tax and audit
• Support admin tasks, document filing, office supplies and postage.
• Perform other accounting, finance, and admin duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in accounting, with experience in AR, AP, and tax-related work.
• Experience in AR collection / customer follow-up is preferred.
• Experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry is an advantage.
• Good understanding of VAT, WHT, and PND.
• Experience with accounting software and good Excel skills.
• Good attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Good command of English; TOEIC score of 550 or above is preferred.
