Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Accountant & Back Office Executive with strong knowledge of Tally, international transactions, shipping documentation, and MS Office.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle accounting and VAT calculations
• Prepare and issue invoices
• Manage accounting entries in Tally
• Coordinate and communicate with shipping lines and transport companies
• Handle shipping and container-related documentation
• Perform data entry and maintain records
• Prepare and manage Excel reports and presentations
• Support general back-office and administrative activities

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience with Tally
• B.Com, CA, or equivalent qualification
• Experience with international transactions and accounting
• Experience dealing with shipping lines and container transportation
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
• Intelligent

Salary

25,000 50,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
