Accountant & Office Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and organized Accountant & Office Assistant to join our team.Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare basic reports.
• Record daily income, expenses, invoices, and payments.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain proper documentation.
• Manage office correspondence, filing, and data entry.
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist customers or visitors.
• Support daily administrative and office operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous experience in accounting and office administration.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with accounting software is an advantage.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail, honesty, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Relevant accounting or business qualification preferred.
