About the role
An Accounting Assistant role involving general ledger transaction entry, cheque processing, and accounting record maintenance with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
Key responsibilities
- Enter general ledger transactions, receive and log daily cheques, maintain detailed numerical records accurately
- Prepare supporting documents, sort invoices and receipts, assist in monthly reconciliation
- Assist with basic bookkeeping, filing accounting records and document archiving
- Respond promptly to internal enquiries, follow up on outstanding items
About you
- Fluent in English and Cantonese
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Meticulous, responsive and strong numerical accuracy
- Able to handle repetitive data entry work carefully
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools is an advantage
