About the role

We are seeking a qualified Accountant to join our team at our Bangkok clinic on a full-time basis(Freelancer also welcome to apply) This is a key position within our finance department, where you will play an essential role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with Thai accounting standards and regulations, and supporting the overall financial health of the organisation. You will report to the Finance Manager and work closely with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations. This role is based in Bangkok and offers the opportunity to develop your accounting career within a growing healthcare organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, and accurately record accounting transactions in the system.
• Review and verify accounting documents, tax invoices, and other relevant financial records.
• Prepare expense reports, financial reports, and supporting documents for monthly financial closing.
• Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports.

If you can do these task, it is a big plus

• Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and monitor order status and product deliveries.
• Monitor purchasing costs, coordinate with suppliers, and maintain procurement-related documentation.
• Maintain organized accounting and purchasing records, ensuring accuracy and audit readiness.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant accounting experience.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational and document management skills.
• Good coordination, communication, and negotiation skills.
