Accountant / Bookkeeper

Position: Bookkeeper

Location: Ortigas, Pasig City

Full Time On-site

Chempro Global Services is looking for an Accountant / Bookkeeper for an Australian business administration group. We are a fast-growing business that currently services over 180 clients in Queensland and Northern NSW.

The responsibilities of this position are:

• Entering all relevant supplier invoices for clients in a timely manner
• Ensuring bank accounts are reconciled on a weekly basis and all other ledger accounts on a regular basis.
• Monthly financial reporting
• Reconciliation of Trade Debtors and Creditor accounts
• Reconciliation of wages accounts
• Enter monthly general ledger journals
• Ensure compliance with reporting to all relevant state and federal bodies
• Update management spreadsheets monthly
• Maintain paperless filling systems
• Assist other staff when on Annual Leave or Sick Leave
• Ad Hoc tasks as they are assigned

• Provide updates on work progress to managers
