Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with mandatory hands-on experience in Tally ERP/TallyPrime. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, handling GST and TDS compliance, and supporting the organization's financial activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain daily financial transactions in Tally ERP/TallyPrime.

• Prepare, verify, and post sales, purchase, payment, receipt, and journal vouchers.

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash and bank books.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Generate MIS reports and other financial reports using Tally.

• Handle GST invoicing, GST return preparation, and compliance.

• Prepare and file TDS-related records and ensure statutory compliance.

• Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation records.

• Assist with budgeting, financial analysis, and audit requirements.

• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities when required.

• Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of accounting records.

• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all financial information.

Required Skills :

• Mandatory experience with Tally ERP/TallyPrime

• GST and TDS compliance • Bank reconciliation

• Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Financial reporting

• Microsoft Excel
