Job Responsibilities :-

• Maintain Bank Reconciliation and Reconciliation of Debtors & Creditors,
• Maintain Journal Entry,
• Maintain all Income & Expenses in end of the Month,
• Maintain suspense account,
• Maintain GST records.
• Maintain Sales and purchase books.
• Maintain Inventory in books Maintains TDS and TCS

Routine Work :-

• Book Keeping
• Bank Reconciliation
• Party Ledger Reconciliation
• GST Return matching with the books
• Ledger scrutiny
• Checking correctness of books, whether the management has complied with applicable Accounting

Standards/ Income tax Act/ Companies Act/other laws.

• Checking Internal control system of management.
• TDS Return/Scrutiny
• Account Finalization/Adjustment Entry
• Preparing Financial Statement i.e. Profit & loss Account, Balance sheet, Cash Flow statement.
• Preparing statutory Letter/ Audit Report
• Direct follow up with client
• Filling of Income Tax Return

Skill :-

• Accounting

I T Skills :-

• Good Knowledge of handling accounts entries.
• Knowledge of Tally ERP 9.0 & BUSY Accounting Software
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft EXCEL, Microsoft Power Points
