Position: Accountant Assistant

Location: Balkum Saket Road, Thane(w)

Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM ( 6 days)

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant Assistant to support day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with Tally, and the ability to manage accounting activities up to finalization of accounts .

Key Responsibilities Maintain books of accounts and accounting records in Tally. Handle purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal entries. Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. Prepare GST-related data and assist in statutory compliance. Maintain ledgers and ensure accuracy of financial transactions. Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities. Support preparation and finalization of financial statements. Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal stakeholders as required.

Ensure proper documentation and record keeping of accounting transactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field. Strong working knowledge of Tally (Mandatory). Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.

Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting tools. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
