Accountant

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting Studies or equivalent
• 5-7 years working experience in financial accounting and reporting
• Experience in full set of accounts, month-end closing and budgeting
• Previous experience in trading companies, preferably in MNCs
• Detail-oriented, energetic, result-driven with good organization skills
• Familiar with Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel and accounting system
• Good communication of English and conversational Putonghua
• Immediate available would be an advantage

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the smooth accounting operations and reporting functions
• Responsible for full set of accounts, management reporting and bank reconciliation
• Provide support on preparing accounting schedules, financial statements and reports
• Perform month-end closing with overseas offices and assist in preparing budget & analysis
• Liaise with external professionals and auditors on annual auditing and taxation matters
• Handle all finance related functions and perform ad hoc duties as assigned
