What this job involves

• To assist account manager to meet Finance Target;
• To ensure all revenue and expense to be booked in time in JLL’s finance book;
• To ensure the account is without outstanding account receivable;
• Fully support site operation and submit Finance analysis by request;

Daily

• Invoice Application from JLL Corp Finance or JLL Corp Finance Centre
• Invoice submission to client
• Account receivable tracking and write off AR
• Cost booking or accrual in JDE system
• Vendor invoice submission to JLL Corp Finance or JLL Corp Finance Centre
• Vendor payment handling via JDE
• Account petty cash management if possible
• Gain complete understanding of client accounting requirements, communicate requirements to team, and ensure requirements are met as established by the client.
• PO status checking

Monthly /Quarterly

• Variance report between charged and actual occurred
• Develop and present reports to the internal and external clients
• Account forecast

Annual

• Account financial plan
• Participate in the completion of financial audits as required.
