Job Description

·         Financial Record-Keeping:

-          Recording all financial transactions accurately and systematically, including sales, purchases, payments, and receipts.

·         Reporting:

-          Preparing and analyzing financial statements, balance sheets, cash flow reports, and budgets.

·         Compliance

-          Ensuring the organization complies with all relevant government rules, tax laws, and accounting standards

·         Budgeting and Forecasting:

-          Helping to form budget forecasts, monitoring expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

·         Financial Analysis:

-          Analyzing financial data to help make informed business decisions, assess financial health, and support investment strategies

Job Requirements

·         Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, relevant professional qualification or equivalent.

·         Member of Accountancy professional bodies (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CPA, MIA, CIMA) or equivalent.

·         Required Skill(s): Accounting Software, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, SQL.

·         Required Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and colleagues.

·         Minimum of 3 to 5 years of working experience in related field, prior experience in investment and property sector.

·         Strong financial analysis, mathematical, analytical skill and problem-solving skill.

·         Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality.

·         Excellent communication, organisational, team management and leadership skills.

·         Knowledge of general accounting principles, regulatory standards and compliance requirements.

·         Good spoken and written in English & Mandarin
