Accountant (Lending Company) – Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and perform bookkeeping for three (3) entities.
- Prepare disbursement and journal vouchers.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements.
- Handle loan accounting, including interest computation and receivables monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reportorial requirements.
- Prepare and file tax returns with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), including withholding tax (compensation and expanded), VAT/percentage tax, and income tax (monthly and quarterly).
- Generate and submit Alphalist of Employees and Suppliers.
- Prepare and submit QAP and VAT Relief reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations and support audits.
