An international trading group managing various consumer products for worldwide markets.

Requirements

• University graduate in Accounting or related disciplines
• 5-6 years relevant experience in managing accounting operation
• Solid experience in full set of accounts and management reporting
• Experience in month-end closing and annual audit coordination
• Background gained from trading or manufacturing industries is required
• Independent, energetic, detail-minded, cheerful with supervisory skills
• Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin is a plus
• Proficient in using MS Excel, preferably with knowledge of SAP
• Immediate available is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Support on monitoring the financial operation including full set of accounts
• Manage the AP, AR functions and prepare monthly financial reports & statements
• Responsible for intercompany transactions and monthly bank reconciliations
• Prepare monthly management reports, cashflow forecast and accounting schedules
• Coordinate with overseas and China offices on month-end & year-end closing
• Participate in budget preparation, financial analysis and annual audit coordination
