Role: Corpsford Private Limited is expanding its regional operations, and we are looking for a detail-oriented, energetic, and experienced Branch Accountant to take complete charge of our financial operations at the Gorakhpur branch.

You will manage day-to-day book-keeping, branch expenses, vendor billing, inventory reconciliations, and coordinate directly with the central finance team to maintain impeccable financial integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Book-keeping: Maintain precise, up-to-date ledgers for all branch transactions, cash flows, and banking records.
• Invoicing & Billing: Generate accurate customer invoices, track accounts receivable, and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Vendor Management: Process vendor payments, reconcile ledger balances, and verify invoices against received inventory/services.
• Expense Tracking: Monitor local office operational expenses, manage petty cash, and prepare monthly branch expense reports.
• Compliance Support: Assist in compiling documentation for local taxation, GST filings, and corporate audits.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
