- Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain complete and accurate books of accounts in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Prepare, review, and reconcile monthly financial statements and ledgers.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable, vendor invoices, and reconciliation.
- Banking & Transactions
- Maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Handle day-to-day banking operations, fund transfers, and payments.
- Oversee and monitor all financial transactions of the Group and investee companies.
- Ensure timely processing of partner payouts and vendor payments.
- Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as the single point of contact between group management and investee companies on all finance-related matters.
- Provide financial insights to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
- Finance Operations, MIS & Budgeting o Prepare and present monthly MIS reports for the Group and investee companies.
- Consolidate and analyze financial data to support business decisions.
- Prepare, monitor, and control budgets; track variances against actuals.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and forecasts.
- Payroll & Compliance o Manage salary processing, reimbursements, and related statutory compliances.
- Ensure timely TDS, GST, and other statutory payments and filings.
- Relationship Management
- Maintain effective relationships with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies when required.
