- Maintaining statutory records

- Preparation & review of Trial Balance
- Periodic book closing (monthly/quarterly/yearly)
- Bank Reconciliation (BRS)
- Ledger, vendor & customer reconciliations
3. Zoho Accounting & Invoicing
- Generating tax invoices in Zoho
- Recording sales, purchases & expenses
- Monitoring receivables & payables
- Generating dispatch challans
4. ImportExport Documentation
- Managing import/export documentation
- Preparing shipping documents
- Coordinating with CHA, freight forwarders & banks
- Ensuring DGFT & customs compliance
5. Operational & Compliance Support
- Preparing MIS & management reports
- Supporting audits
- Maintaining proper financial documentation
