As we continue to scale, we re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage our financial operations and ensure accuracy, compliance, and financial clarity across the business.

What you ll do:

As an Accountant at Prime Club, you will play a key role in maintaining the financial health of the company. From managing day-to-day accounting tasks to supporting financial planning and reporting, you ll ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

This is a critical role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, digital-first environment and enjoys working closely with leadership to support business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, invoicing, and reconciliations.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor cash flow and maintain accurate financial records.
• Process partner payouts and commission calculations accurately and on time.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with GST/VAT filings where applicable.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and financial advisors when required.
• Maintain and improve financial systems, controls, and accounting processes.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Provide financial insights to leadership to assist in strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

• 2 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience handling SaaS, digital products, or marketplace revenue models is a plus.
• Proficiency in accounting software
• Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
