Accountant

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Accountant who can independently handle the company’s complete accounting operations, including day-to-day accounting activities, financial reporting, and finalisation of accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage all day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Maintain accurate records of income, expenses, receivables, payables, and general ledger accounts.
• Handle bank, cash, supplier, customer, and inter-company reconciliations.
• Prepare invoices, payment records, receipts, and other accounting documents.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Independently carry out year-end accounting and finalisation of accounts.
• Prepare necessary schedules and supporting documents for financial statements and audits.
• Monitor cash flow and assist management with financial analysis and reporting.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of all accounting records.
• Ensure compliance with applicable UAE accounting, VAT, and tax requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, suppliers, and other external parties when required.
• Identify accounting discrepancies and resolve them independently.
• Maintain confidentiality of company financial information.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Accountant, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience with complete accounting cycle and finalisation of accounts.
• Good knowledge of UAE VAT and basic corporate tax requirements.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and take full responsibility for accounting functions.
• Good communication and organisational skills.

Preferred

• Experience in real estate, property management, or related industries.
• UAE accounting experience with knowledge of local compliance requirements.
• Immediate availability is an advantage.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
